Rebecca was on the Today show and reported that she had received a contractual job offer from Yahoo. They really are trying to clean up that blackeye.
And she also said she would have asked Da Donald to share the winners circle with Randal. I believe her. However, controversial as it may be, Randal showed strength as a leader by making a firm (maybe unpopular) decision. However, he stated his decision poorly and it reflects bad on him. He should have denied Rebecca in a very gracious manner but seemed to put her down. He lacks Rebecca's poise.
I bet that in the long run, Rebecca will do much better than Randal. And wouldn't it be a coup if Don offered Rebecca a position in one of his companies?
I sent my donation - did you Yahoo? Stephen

Randall was a the clear winner of The Apprentice. Why should the issue of sharing even come up now? It was poor taste for Donald to even ask Randall that question! He took away from his well-deserved win...
No one was thinking about sharing the title when Kwame was #2!
Donald Trump displayed his true colors last night. If he liked the 'pretty, young girl' so much, he should have just made her the winner and dealt with the public's outrage.

Rebecca truly won the final task. The 100k donated by yahoo was actually won by Rebecca. In all we shud give due credits to both Rebecca and Randall and they both shud have shared the honors.

I have to agree with the sentiments of J...why did the Donald put Randall on the spot like that? Randall response was appropriate...the name of the show is "The Apprentice"...not The Apprentices. Good for you Randall...he was the more qualified...period.

I think Randal showed that he was classless last night. Throughout the season I was really one of Randall's biggest fans and thought that he deserved to win the whole thing which he did. What would it have hurt him to let Rebecca take the other project. He should of showed is good leadership by realizing that Rebecca would be an asset to the company and a helpful business partner. Still like Randall, but he was at his weakest last night

I was totally shocked that Randall didn't not say to Trump, "Hire Rebecca, too!" I do agree with his decision. Many people are upset with Randall's decision. Trump could hire Rebecca, Kwame, and anyone he chooses during the off season. He doesn't need to put the winner in an awkward position by asking them a question. If Randall would have said, "Yes", it would have devalued his win. Why should he have to share his win? No one else did. Bill Ransic and the other Apprentice winners said what they needed to say to be The Apprentice. Bill didn't have class nor did any others. All of a sudden, Randall has no class because he did what was right for him to get his well deserved credit...c'mon! It would not have hurt if Rebecca had the other task just like it would not have hurt if Kwame had the other task in Season 1. Randall really didn't need to become The Apprentice. He has his own business worth $1M. After yesterday, he would most likely have $7M business after receiving more clients. On another note, Rebecca didn't win the task. You win by having the most revenue at the end of the task and in the boardroom. The 100K came after the fact. The dumbest thing wasn't checking the weather but hosting a fundraiser without requesting the money onsite. Hoping that everyone is organized enough to keep their donation envelope and send it in later is just plain stupid. Not keeping an update on the weather is minor compared to receiving the money. I like Carolyn but I can't believe that she stayed on Randall for the weather continuously. Trump briefly criticized Rebecca for the donations.

Rebeca did not have the chance to collect the donations because yahoo did not want to impose on their guests. It wasn't her fault. Randal not having a plan B ready for the rain is his fault.

Your excuse for Rebecca doesn't make sense to me. Like Trump said,"Who's event was it?" Yahoo can't dictate the donation portion unless they were going to pay the 100K up front. If that was done, then it really didn't matter. Her Plan B was worse than Randall's Plan B. The only reason Yahoo contributed 100k is because Trump made his statement nationally. Maybe, George made the statement. I can't remember. If it rains outside, you bring the invent inside. This isn't a "rocket science" decision. For example, When I got married outside, the automatic plan was to bring the ceremony inside if it rained. Plan B for rain outside is to bring it inside. Randall should have known what his options were for bringing the event inside. If Yahoo would not have made the donation, Rebecca would be hoping for donations to be mailed in for the rest of her life. When you send people away with donation envelops with only a thank you for coming, there is a high chance of only receiving 10% of those donations. Both were at fault for their decisions. In my opinion, Rebecca was worse because she didn't have any money to show for her efforts in the boardroom. If she would have had more money than Randall, I would be on Randall's case for messing up.
